Patteson Lodge

Patteson Lodge Estate is the home of Girlguiding Norfolk. Nestled in a tranquil setting, it makes it ideal for residential breaks and outdoor adventures.

The Lodge can be booked both on its own or added as an overflow for larger groups who need extra beds in addition to Hautbois House.

Bedrooms

There are a total of 48 beds available, split over two floors. The ground floor has two dormitories and three additional smaller bedrooms, sleeping a total of 32 people downstairs. The ground floor also has a washroom and accessible shower, toilet and washbasin. The first floor has 1 bedroom and an additional multifunction space which can be used as a communal space or sleeping space for 12 people.

Communal rooms

The ground floor has a large hall/dining room with comfortable seating, wall mounted TV and DVD player. Tables and chairs are provided in the dining hall with enough seating for up to 80 people. WiFi is available throughout the property.
