We want you to be active, try new things and have the best time creating memories for a lifetime.

Activity information:
Our activity instructors have all been trained to the high standards set out by the relevant National Governing Body as well as Girlguiding.
We have 26 different onsite activities ranging from team challenges to sky high adventures. Whether you’re here for the day or on a residential break, our highly qualified instructors will be on hand to deliver fun and challenging experiences. Each activity offers different challenges, encouraging participants to use a variety of physical and mental skills to achieve their potential.
All our instructors follow our Challenge By Choice policy where participants are encouraged to set their own goals and take part, playing a role in each activity. We recognise that everyone is an individual with a different perception of the activity and their ability to take part in it. Everyone is respected for the part they play and are given the opportunity to succeed.
Our activities are divided by category and have a participant to instructor ratio, set by our national governing bodies. Please explore the pages below to find out further information including minimum ages and recommended ages.

Suitable clothing:
We ask that you make sure that participants dress in clothing appropriate for the weather they might encounter. This includes hat and sun screen in hot weather and warm clothing in the winter – water/drinks bottles are essential whatever the weather! Activities will continue in all weathers with the exception of thunder and lightning and excessively high winds.
Our instructors will be mindful of the physical comfort of the group in times of excessively hot weather and may modify the programme to restrict the time spent in the full sun.
