Bedrooms
The house has 11 bedrooms, 8 of which are en-suite, sleeping a total of 60 guests and our bedrooms sleep between 2 and 10 guests. They have a mixture of single and bunks beds. A lift provides access to the first floor to our wheelchair accessible bedroom which is also equipped with fire alarm facilities suitable for people with hearing impairments and wet room. Additionally, bed linen is provided to all residential groups.
Dining Room
The house is also home to our eco-build dining room which leads out onto the terrace and lawn. For residential groups staying in Hautbois House, all meals will be served in our dining room and tea and coffee facilities will be readily available during your stay. The room can also be use an an additional activity/training room around meals if required.
Communal Rooms
The house has two communal rooms ideal for groups leaders to escape to in the evenings but also functional as breakout room for smaller teams. Additionally, Hertfordshire (the sitting room) has a SMART TV and there is a DVD player available on request. Patteson (the common room) is large enough for indoor activities and is also a great space for downtime in the evening.
Extras and Training Facilities
A full range of training equipment is available to book including projectors, white boards, flip charts and stationary as well as a games cupboard with board games, DVDs and play equipment.
Hautbois also has three rooms available for training and meetings which are located on the ground floor.
