What can I book for a KS2 class?

Hautbois Activity Centre has over 25 activities which students can take part in throughout their stay. These activities have a varying age range however, here at Hautbois we have made sure there are plenty of options for each age group!

KS2 Residential Options

Activity Day Package

Designed for school groups aged 7+, our Day Activity Package offers a full and engaging experience with 3–4 one-hour activities tailored to your group. Each booking includes a campfire session and access to a free resource, adding even more value to your visit. Seasonal flexibility means you can enjoy a range of exciting water activities from April to September, with canoeing available during the cooler months from October to March. It’s a well-rounded, flexible package that makes planning your day simple, enjoyable, and perfectly suited to your group.

1 Night Activity Package

Our 1 Night Activity Package is designed to give school groups aged 7+ a complete and memorable residential experience with four one-hour activities. These include a mix of Ultimate, Adventure, and Explore sessions, students can enjoy a varied and engaging programme. The package includes full board accommodation options, from camping to lodges and cottages, along with full catering covering breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. A campfire and free resource are also included, adding to the experience. With seasonal water activities available from April to September and canoeing offered during the cooler months, this flexible package ensures an exciting and well-rounded stay for every group.

2 Night Activity Package

Our 2 Night Activity Package gives school groups aged 7+ a truly immersive outdoor experience. With eight one-hour activities included, featuring a mix of Ultimate, Adventure, and Explore sessions, groups enjoy a varied and engaging programme that builds confidence, teamwork, and independence. The package includes full board accommodation with a choice of camping, lodges, or cottages, alongside full catering with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks provided throughout the stay. A campfire experience and free resource are also included, adding extra value. Seasonal options allow groups to enjoy water activities from April to September, with canoeing available from October to March, ensuring a memorable and well-rounded visit.

3 Night Activity Package

Our 3 Night Activity Package gives school groups aged 7+ the time and space to fully immerse themselves in outdoor learning. With twelve one hour activities including Ultimate, Adventure, and Explore sessions, groups enjoy a varied and engaging programme that builds confidence and teamwork. The package includes full board accommodation, full catering, a campfire experience, and a free resource. Seasonal options allow for water activities from April to September, with canoeing available from October to March, creating a memorable and well rounded stay.

4 Night Activity Package

Our 4 Night Activity Package gives school groups aged 7+ the ultimate outdoor experience, with sixteen one hour activities including Ultimate, Adventure, Explore, and Discover sessions. The package includes full board accommodation, full catering, a campfire, and a free resource. With water activities available from April to September and canoeing from October to March, it offers a complete and memorable stay packed with adventure and learning.

    Conquer the outdoors and learn camping and wilderness skills!

  • Low Ropes

    Test your balance and coordination on our low ropes, a great KS1 alternative to our high ropes.

  • Pond Dipping

    Nature is waiting and Hautbois is filled with it! See what you can find in a pond dipping session.

  • Obstacle Course

    Climb, slide and run through are woodland obstacle course!

  • Junior Orienteering

    Test your sense of direction and build that step count with our junior orienteering challenge!

  • Soft Archery

    Aim and fire! Soft archery is a great KS1 alternative to our regular archery, using soft arrows and targets.

  • Soft Tomohawk Throwing

    Another fun and safe alternative for KS1 students, a softer and smaller version of our regular tomohawk throwing sessions.
