Hautbois Activity Centre is an expert provider of outdoor adventures, opportunity for learning and discovery.

Onsite photography is mostly used for capturing events and specific activity sessions that are needed for marketing!

When booking certain activity packages, you will be asked whether you give permission for your child to be photographed. These photographs may be used on the Hautbois website, social media channels, marketing materials, or displayed around the centre. If you do not wish your child to be photographed, simply select "No" during the booking process. Your preference will be communicated to all relevant staff to ensure it is respected throughout your visit.

We do not currently offer a photo purchasing service. However, if you see a photograph of your child being used on our website, social media channels, or other promotional materials, we may be able to provide a copy via email upon request.

If you're unsure whether any photographs of your child have been taken during their visit, please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to check whether any images are available and let you know if they can be shared with you.

If you would like photographs to be taken during your visit, please contact our team in advance. Subject to staff availability, we will be happy to arrange for a member of staff to take photos of your group during your activities. We recommend getting in touch before your visit so that we can discuss your requirements and confirm availability.

No. While photographs may be used for marketing, promotional materials, social media, or displayed around the centre, this is not always the case. Many photos are taken simply to capture activities and may never be published.
