With over 25 on-site activities, you can be assured of an exciting, multi-activity visit delivering adventurous experiences within a safe and trusted environment.
Our activities team have all been trained to the high standards set out by the relevant National Governing Body or Girlguiding standards where no governing body exists. For more information download our our Schools Price List 2018 and click on the images below to find out more about each on-site activity session.
Each activity offers different challenges, encouraging participants to use a variety of physical and mental skills to achieve their potential.
All our instructors follow our Challenge By Choice policy where participants are encouraged to set their own goals and take part, playing a role in each activity. We recognise that everyone is an individual with a different perception of the activity and their ability to take part in it. Everyone is respected for the part they play and given an opportunity to succeed.
Most activity sessions are 90 minutes long, are charged per session and can have up to 12 participants in each session with all equipment being provided by Hautbois Activity Centre.
Hautbois Activities are identified by bands which defines their theme and price.

We ask that you make sure that participants dress in clothing appropriate for the weather. This includes warm clothing in the winter, hats and sunscreen in hot weather and waterproofs just in case. Water bottles are essential whatever the weather. Programmes will continue in all weathers with the exception of thunder and lightning and excessively high winds.
Our instructors will be mindful of the physical comfort of the group in times of excessively hot weather and may modify the programme to restrict the time spent in the full sun.
