The Reedcutters’ Village
The Reedcutters’ Village has six 8-bed cabins, one 6-bed cabin and one 4-bed and is intended to fill the gap somewhere between staying in the house and camping – more comfortable than staying under canvas but more exciting than staying in the house. For summer 2021 you can booking one or more cabins, depending on your group size.
Both the 6-bed and 4-bed cabins have a dividing wall and interconnecting door, particularly ideal for families with small children. There are four bunks (eight beds) in the standard cabins with space to stow your items and to hang waterproofs.
For summer 2021 you can book the cabins on a self-catered basis and bring your own camp-catering equipment or you can use our shared equipped dryshelter with gas burners, water boiler, fridge/freezer and sink.
Groups need to bring sleeping bags and pillows, mattresses are provided. Shower and WC facilities are provided nearby.
For summer 2021 we are offering family camping on our beautifully kept campsites. Numbers on site are limited. Shower and WC facilities are provided nearby.
