Hautbois is an impressive 19th century country house set amidst 28 acres of beautiful countryside which was bequeathed to Girlguiding Anglia in 1984 and has been operating as a Residential and Activity Centre ever since. The private estate overlooking the River Bure is located just outside the village of Coltishall on the edge of the Norfolk Broads. Hautbois’ unique atmosphere, combined with a purpose built and environmentally friendly training suite makes it an ideal venue for business meetings, day conferences, courses, management training, receptions and team building or away days. Hautbois is located 7 miles north of Norwich, just off the B1150.

Hautbois has 5 campsites with a total capacity of 340 and a great variety of activities ensuring there is something for everyone to enjoy. Friendly, experienced and qualified staff are on hand to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. Activities are run throughout the year, and are also available as individual non-resident sessions for your group. The activities you can book include abseiling, archery, kayaking and many more. Hautbois is located on the River Bure, and also has its own private cut providing the perfect location for safe introduction to water sports, or for more advanced trips up the river and back.
