Hautbois provides excellent facilities for corporate clients who are interested in holding seminars, offering training, making presentations for either their employees or their clients/customers or team building outdoor activities. VenueConference/Meeting facilities
Conference facilities are available all year round to any organisation on either a residential or non-residential basis; our purpose-built training suite is of landmark design. The innovative eco-friendly construction houses a fully-equipped facility for up to 60 delegates in a variety of custom layouts to meet the exact needs of the event organisers. There are two additional training rooms, the largest of which has a state-of-the-art presentation and multimedia training equipment. Equipment available for your meeting or conference includes:

  • 7 x laptops, networkable via our wireless network
  • Flip charts and white boards
  • TV, DVD and CD Player
  • Display boards
  • LCD and OHP projectors and associated equipment/material
  • Stationery
  • Colour printer
  • Folding tables
  • Variety of song books and prayer books
  • Books on a wide range of subjects including crafts, guiding history, the environment and science

Catering
Tailored packages are available which include a selection of catering solutions from morning coffee and afternoon tea, to fully catered meals.
