PRINCESS PARTIES AT HAUTBOIS HOUSE 2010

I went to the party and we made lots of things. We made a crown and it was pink. The other things were a wand and a box. Then at the end we had a cake and the cake was tasty.

One day we went on a bus with all my friends to a blue castle to be princesses for the day. We did craft and lots of fun things. We all had lunch together. Everyone had lots of fun. Then it was time to go home to see our own mummys and daddys. Ashley.

I had fun. We played games. We did crafts then we had our lunch. We danced, had cake and went home. Hannah

We set off really early on an exciting trip to Hautbois House in Norfolk. Everyone looked lovely in their princess costumes. When we arrived we were welcomed by princess hosts and lead through a magical tunnel of pink balloons and taken to our castle for the day. We searched for ducks, followed a trail through a maze and did a princess quiz in the woods. We made a tiara,wand,treasure box and door hanger. After a picnic lunch we practised some dancing and at the end of the day we all walked in a long parade from our tent castles to the large tent where we sang some songs and Happy Birthday to celebrate 100 years of Guiding. We all had a cake. I had a lovely time at Hautbois House. Victoria

I went to the Rainbows Princess Party at Hautbois House in Norfolk. It was quite a long journey in the mini bus. Sarah was driving and all the Rainbows chatted all the way there. When we got there we had a lovely day. We made a Princess wand and crown, we played find the duck, we did some dancing and had our lunch there. When it was time to go I was so tired I fell asleep all the way home. Isabelle

The Princess part was brilliant. It was my first outing with the Rainbows and I can't wait for the next one. I really enjoyed all the games and activities and it was even fun playing outside in the rain. I felt like a true princess for the day. Eva

I went with the Rainbows. I had a lovely time. We made lots of things like a wand and a crown. Milly

It was a cold morning when we got on the bus to go to Hautbois House. The journey was long but we played eye spy to pass the time. When we got to the castle we took part in the dancing and made a tiara and a wand. I collected a rubber duck in the leaves and we was singing songs in the castle. I had lots of fun at the castle and I have a badge to remind me of the day. Megan

At the Princess party we made things like door hangers, boxes and little men. We sang songs while we were sitting in the tent. After we danced like a princess then we went to have lunch in the tent which I think was called the blue castle. We was all dressed up as a princess. All my friends and me walked in a rainy day and when we went home we had a bag with a colouring pad and all the things we made. I had a very good day. The end.  Hannah
